PLAY MONEY BONUS

At PlayGate, all bonuses are Play Money and are intended for wagering purposes only.
Play Money will be automatically removed from players' account after a withdrawal request.
The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the Play Money amount.

The Wagering Requirements will be notified in every single promotion.
PlayGate Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.

Wagering on Craps, Casino War and on any kind of Roulette, Baccarat and Sic Bo do not count towards fulfilling the Wagering Requirements.

Players with pending withdrawals cannot receive bonuses.
If you wish to receive a bonus, please cancel your withdrawal in the cashier, or contact the support service for assistance.

Promotional Bonuses will be given only once per household and/or per account, as per terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all play bonuses and winnings may be canceled.

The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
