    We recommend a Pentium 400 MHz with a minimum of 25 MB available on your hard drive and 128 MB RAM (internal memory). Operating system: Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP. Please note the software could not work if a firewall is installed.

    To enjoy the full impact of the casino environment we recommend a minimum screen resolution of 800 X 600 and 256 colours. If you play on a lower resolution screen such as 640x480 pixels you will have to scroll to use the game.

    When you register as a guest, we only require your first name, last name and e-mail address. This will allow you to play for fun in our full multiplayer environment casino.

    When you register as a guest, we only require your first name, last name , full postal address, your daytime phone number, email address and date of birth. This will allow you to play for real money in our full multiplayer environment.

    This information also allows us to keep a user profile so that we may customise preferences for each specific user at a future time through our personal pages.

  1. How Do I make a deposit to my account? In order to make a deposit you must first download Playgate Casino software. For a complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing Playgate Casino, go to "getting started" section. You then need to open your real money account. After you receive you real-money username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your Playgate Casino account.

    • Start the Playgate Casino program, and select the "Real money mode" option.
    • Enter your real username and password in the Login window.
    • Select "Cashier" from the upper-right corner of the lobby followed by pressing the "Deposit" button.
    • Select you desired deposit method.


    While credit cards have traditionally been the favored method for funding casino accounts, new limitations being imposed by Credit Card companies are making it increasingly difficult for players to continue funding their accounts. There are, however, excellent alternatives like: NETeller, Insta Cash, Moneybookers, FirePay, Citadel, OnDemandFunds, Central Coin, 900Pay, EcoCard, PaysafeCard, UseMyBank, Maestro/Switch Card, INSTADEBIT, Wire Transfer or Bank Draft.   2. How long does it take to process my deposit? Most of our deposit methods are instant. Wire Transfer deposits take 2 - 5 business days to arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited as soon as our bank receives the transfer. Bank Draft / Personal check deposits take about a week to reach our offices. It takes additional 10 days for a Bank Draft to be cleared and about 21 days for a Personal check to be cleared. Please note that the first phase of a Bank Draft / Personal Check deposit depends on regular world wide mail and may vary according to your location and/or other factors.

  3. How Do I withdraw my winnings? To withdraw money from your account go to Cashier and select "withdraw" button. You can choose to withdrawal using any of our cash out methods:
    NETelller, Instacash, Moneybookers, Click2Pay, Central Coin, EcoCard, InstaDebit, or Firepay accounts, or by sending a Bank Draft Express. Other withdrawal methods include: Wire Transfer (direct bank account transfer), Bank Draft (cashier's check). Please note that due to new Visa and Master Card regulations, we can no longer issue credits for previous MasterCard and Visa deposits. Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified by you during the account registration process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid any delays. If this address has been changed, please contact our Customer Service department at support@playgatecasino.com. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery due to slow mail service. There are no charges imposed on bank draft withdrawals.

    If you select Wire transfer as the preferred method for withdrawal, you will be asked to fill in your bank account details. There are no charges imposed on Wire transfer withdrawals.

    While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than $9,000, an amount of $9,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal is paid. The foregoing applies also to Withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents as set in clause 9.4

    You can track the status of your withdrawal requests by entering the cashier and selecting the "Transaction history" screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction's exact phase.

  4. What is the "pending withdrawals" screen? Once you make a withdrawal, your withdrawal request is pending to be processed by our financial department in Antigua. By entering the "Pending withdrawals" screen in the "Withdraw" section in the cashier you can view all your withdrawal requests that are waiting to be processed. Generally no withdrawal request will be processed for four business days after making the request. Until a withdrawal transaction has been processed, you can cancel it and return the amount back to your casino account, so that you can continue playing.

  5. I have made a withdrawal but have changed my mind. How do I cancel a withdrawal request? As mentioned, all withdrawal requests awaiting to be processed show up in the "pending withdrawals" screen in "Withdraw" section in Cashier, for about four business days from your initial withdrawal request date. You can cancel withdrawal requests as long as they show up in the "pending Withdraws" screen, and return the requested amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play.

  6. How can I follow up financial transaction operations? The Cashier's 'Transaction History' section stores a complete history of all your financial actions, such as withdrawals and deposit requests.
