This offer is available to all new players.
When you register and make your first deposit, you automatically receive our Lucky Bonus and you enter into the Player's Reward Program at yellow level. As you continue to play at PlayGate Casino you will advance through the levels until you reach black.

Weekly Bonus
On your first deposit of the week you’ll be granted a 20% bonus.
The maximum bonus amount is related to your current level and for black level the maximum amount is $500 per week.

New Level Bonus
When you advance to your next higher level, you'll automatically receive a level shifting notice containing a Match Bonus offer.
This bonus varies from $100 to $5,000 according to the level you reach (see the Player's Reward Program chart).
The bonus is valid only once for each level.

Monthly Deposit Options Bonus

Limits
Your monthly and daily deposit and withdrawal limits will increase according to the level reached for a maximum of 5 times the standard level.
When the player gets into a higher level, to take advantage for this privilege, he must notify us via e-mail to have his limits raised.

how do you know your new level?

The reward program is been offered by PlayGate Casino to all our loyal players and to all new members.
When you make your first deposit you will be entered into the Player's Reward Program at yellow level.
Every month, within the 10th, the player level will be recalculated.
When you reach your next higher level an email will be sent to you where you’ll find the "new level bonus" notice and information about advantages and privileges gained.

how do you advance through levels?

The calculation to define your level considers many factors.
The system automatically assigns levels using as parameters: deposits number, deposited amount, average bet, total wagered amount, access frequency, connection duration, withdrawals number, withdrawn amount, start date. However, to ensure fair casino play, the casino manager audit all level shifting and if it appears that Player is going through strategies which he deems abusive, he reserves the right to cancel the level advancing and void all bonuses.
